Yang Style Tai Chi

Tai Chi brings balance, increased circulation, awareness of breathing and posture, and overall health. Anyone of any age or ability can practice Tai Chi. It requires patience, and you'll be surprised that moving slowly isn't easier than moving quickly.

We teach Yang Style Tai Chi and offer instruction in 24 simplified step and 32 straight sword. Sword instruction requries mastery of the 24-step open-handed form.
